How our services work

Initial phone interview, discussing your proposed project. |

An appointment is scheduled at your home. We discuss the project and proposed ideas and costs. |

If a design is needed, a fee for the design is given. |

We do a preliminary design, present it, and change the design as needed. |

After final drawing, an estimate is then given. |

If estimate is accepted, a contract is written with detailed specifications, building permits are pulled, and the project start date is set. |

We Do Our Own Work
We specialize in in-house carpentry work, which means we do our own work. We have highly skilled and dedicated in-house employees who stay on the job, including the owner himself, Erick Whalin.
We are also mindful of the fact that our work site is also your home, so we clean up at the end of each day and we strive to make the work area as non-disruptive to your household as possible.
